Awful ridiculous experience, always order from there and the slices were very tiny, phoned up didn't try to send another delivery, they were trying to justify why they have gone small!!! Risk of choking, elderly parents!!!!!!! My father choked on the big piece I showed
Ever since they went to using delivery service companies and/or new staff - it is horrendous. Dont pick up the phone. Pizza will be sat there for 30-45 mins before the driver leaves. The staff are so rude. The food is always cold and you're lucky if you get what you order. What is amazing more than anything - how Domino's head office don't sort this terrible branch out. All they have to do is look at the reviews
Wrong pizza made despite ordering online and collecting. Couldn’t eat the pizza. Waste of money and time. Recommend you go somewhere else and get value for money.
Ordered pizza sides and drink. Drink never arrived called them asked to me to call knaphill when the order from dominos itself says from woking dominos not knaphill one. Called them again gave them order number said will arrive in 15 mins its already more than 4 hours never arrived thanks staffs. Very poor management and didn''t even bother to pick up phone call.

It's Domino's, pretty standard American pizza, doughy and lacks flavour in the tomato sauce. Luckily for us there is quite a lot of good choice in Knaphill for Pizza. Domino's tend to deliver quickly and it's always hot.
Awful - ordered in shop tonight and took ages!!! Asked for no tomato sauce on my pizza but when I got home they’d put bbq sauce on instead without asking if I wanted it and I hate bbq sauce!!! Tried to call them 4 times but no one picked up the phone. Also all the sides were cold!!!
Ordered pizza today and not what we usually get swamped with tomato and cheese the base was soggy so couldn't pick up pizza and eat it, had to use cutlery. Have been using this Domino's shop for a while. But next time will try somewhere different.

Pizza is good, but service poor.. when you call, sometimes they don't answer. came in the inside, no one is in a hurry, playing on the phone, talking to each other. after 5 minutes someone came up. No body care
