Placed order, it arrived with no drink. Cyclist said he'll be back with it soon. They did not return. Called the store, put on hold, then put on hold again for 17 minutes before it hung up. Walked down to the store and got the drink myself. No apology... back home to cold pizza. Lovely.
It was cold on arrival, the online system obviously works to a time that it should be delivered not to a time it actually is. There was about a 20 minute time difference. So much that I had to call and chase. Then on arrival the food is cold. I understand that you can fit multiple deliveries into one trip but it shouldn't be to the detriment of the food or service. Overall disappointing. Either the system is faulty or the employees are lying to make it work. Either way not happy about the end product
I ordered pizza online. I was charged £30 and pizza wasn't delivered. I was told that driver get lost... Domino's Pizza in Peacehaven refused to give me my money back! I'm not charity! My money was basically stolen. I will never order from them and I'm telling all my friends do not waste money in this place ...
Couldn't fault the service today ordered 2 pizzas and it arrived within 30 minutes. Great service, hot pizzas and a lovely delivery driver.
Great food, hot and good price, a shame they can't cut a pizza
Ordered online money taken but order not processed. It was a good deal when ordered online with a voucher code 50% off. So I phoned the store I was told I would get the money refunded however they would not honour the discount when I asked for the same food over the phone. Very poor and still hungry.
They don't have delivery in Woodingdean .... and we have to go to Brighton or Peacehaven to collect it . The Peacehaven store is poor , in Hawaii pizza mushrooms was missing a couple of times. Always my pepperoni was dry like wood . I paid for green peppers and sweet corn , and once I arrive home , notice what they wasn't there . I called them and got 5£ Domino's Credit or something like that , but they haven't explained me how it's working . In the end I got my 5£ discount . So disappointing. I really love this pizza before .
AVOID. I would rather not eat than deal with this place again. Ordered multiple times with no issues until today. 1 hour after waiting I called and was told it’s busy and it’s on the way. I called back 15 minutes later to be told the order isn’t coming because he couldn’t find the address. And when I asked why nobody tried to phone me I was told because it’s busy. It’s now 2 hours since I placed the order. That’s £50 I’ll probably never see again.
The best domino's we have found, we drive from Brighton to order ours and it still hot when we get it home. Better then any ordering ordering domino's as it arrives cold. Peacehaven branch just appears so much better and tastes so much nicer as its hot not warm.. Parking: Parking is a bit of a nightmare being o the coast road, there isn't any space really.
Food is good, but people behind the counter will leave you standing there until someone decides to serve you.Food: 5/5
