Driver refused to deliver food up a flight of stairs, bless him he didn't fancy walking the stairs to someone with mobility issues.Just ignorantly said I'm not and drove off with the food. As for the manager let's just say some customer service training required asap. Also if you have an issue with anything don't ring them they wont answer your call which speaks volumes to me This has to be the most Embarrassing and dysfunctional food outlet I've ever used.Dominos pizza Strand road Derry -THE PITS......
The staff just completely ignore the customers for as long as possible and when you eventually get served it's not with a smile or an apology for the wait. The food is good.
The food was yummy. Order delivered at time and had a big variety of sauces at my disposal.
Was efficient, had a great ordering process. We didn't have to wait long and the food was good as always. Great to be able to get a vegan option here.
Its a good thing they have great marketing, cause their pizza isn't great. Its way overpriced and poor quality. Buy a Chicago town stuff crust instead. Do yourself a favour. It'll be ready quicker than they can deliver.
You should be ashamed of what you delivered to us pure shocking. Every topping and cheese just fell off and the pizza came swashed.. shocking. I have pictures but of course they dont let you upload
Twice the food was left on the doorstep without the driver knocking or calling the contact number which was provided when ordering and was cold by the time it was seen.
Got a pizza was terrible lumps of cheese not melted half cooked turned my stomach I eat pizza every day and have never got sickened but this was a first buying from domino’s and it’s definitely my last
The staff is not trained. .. need to repeat 10 time like they are aliens and dont understand english v….. staff should be trained. Or get sumone to help out …:::cant pay over phone because of that
Always know what to expect with Domino's. Service was quick and on point. Difficult to park as its on the A2 but most people on the days I went, parked on the road. They don't deliver. Collection only.
