Just ordered from dominoes, and usually have an amazing friendly and overall enjoyable experience. However, that was not the case tonight. I waited over 40 mins for my order to arrive, which I do not mind waiting. But, the delivery driver did not deliver a side which I paid extensively for, and did not believe me that it was missing, even after being shown the receipt. After getting in contact with the restaurant, they were very unhelpful and unapologetic for the disgusting service and even though this error was completely on their behalf, they demanded that I paid for the side in full cash in hand. As a college student, a takeaway is a luxury and this experience is not feasible. I am usually a very forgiving person and understand that people can make mistakes, however they took it too far this time. The experience was so awful I’d rate it a zero, alas that is not possible so I rate it a one.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Have given dominos too many chances and this is by far the last. Absolutely infuriating the amount of mistakes and lack of customer service when I called. Multiple ingredients missing, bacon when I asked for it to be removed and 2 orders of burnt discusting nachos replacing chicken kickers!! Everything Luke warm. Complete discrace considering the price which is ridiculous.
Big fan of pizza. Not usually a Domino's fan. However, have to say Saturday night's grub was good! We received a leaflet through our door to say it was under new ownership and a voucher code for £5 off our next collection . They also had an offer of any size pizza for £6.99. Dinner = sorted! Booked online for 7pm collection. Was about 7.15pm by the time our food was ready as it was SUPER busy! Steady stream of customers in and out. Staff were friendly. Ordered the vegetarian pizza which was really tasty. Much better than I remember Domino's to be. Also got wedges, garlic pizza and a coke £6 deal Everything was really tasty but had to reheat our stuff when we got home literally a 5 min drive Yes I was happy with my food, but would only be inclined to go if they've a deal on.
Excellent service on a very busy day. Very impressed with the constant communication with staff and those who they were serving or helping in anyway. Fast service in difficult circumstances. Clean, polite and great Dominoes pizza
Delivery was prompt but the quality of food was terrible. My pizza was not cooked properly. The base was still doughy and the toppings raw. The bbq chicken wings were also raw. It appeared as if they were too busy to allow the food to cook it’s full time and just wanted it out for delivery as soon as possible with disregard to the food still being partially uncooked.
Both pizzas in our order had generous toppings. Piping hot, the way I like my food. Very tasty.
Professional and friendly staff. Delicious food. Kid-friendliness: Monica in the Coleraine store turned a simple trip out for pizza into a true experience for my son. He had a fantastic trip and learned how to make pizza. Dietary restrictions: My partner needs gluten free and the staff were so careful and ensured there was no cross contamination

Generally very good although tried to use an online code which i had been sent in an email only for it not to work, it was within its expiry. After an hour of messing around back and forth on the phone to the store we were eventually told no. The guy on the phone was friendly and helped however it was obvious his bosses didnt want us to use the. Rather than losing out on £20 of profit they lost a £30 sale because of it.
Ordered on the app, took the money from my account and then didn't process the order. They have no idea how long its going to take for the money to be refunded so now I'm down the money and have no food. Also won't take the order over the phone as the money was taken through the app. Terrible system and terrible customer service
