Despite the driver getting lost and not delivering the service we received was outstanding, all the pizzas were re-made and a few freebies thrown in as well, we collected the order to make it easier. The staff in Bracknell store are really friendly and clearly work really hard to get all the orders out and delivered. Been using this branch for a long long time and this was the first hiccup in delivery.
Ordered pizzas an hour and half. The app said it was on its way, 50 minutes later still not arrived. Called to see why it's taken so long and was advised if my pizza was cold to call back. Not satisfied in the slightest. A further ten minutes after my call and pizza still not arrived. Will have to call and chase again.
Just ordered, both pizzas looked under-cooked, by about 30mins, they were pale white! Deffo taken out the oven way to early, the pizza was just breaking up in pieces. I want a refund and to never order again.
Avoid this place, wouldn't reccomend ordering from here unless you want to be disappointed a long wait and cold food!! After an hour and half my order still hadn't arrived so had to ring and chase up when it would be arriving, for them to say" well we're busy it should be out for delivery "after another 20 mins wait it finally arrived all the pizza's were flat cold, the wedges were cold and soggy too!
Terrible dominoes don’t bother, had 3/3 bad experiences the last one pizzas were freezing cold and very late, one looked like it had been upside down at some point! store refusing to give a refund and just fob you off every time
Disgusting customer service! Ordered at 11PM. Food never arrived. Tried to call the branch several times with no reply. At once point the phone was picked up and dropped instantly. After that the phone was “busy”. Branch is now closed and we still have no food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
Ordered 2 lizzas and sides as w essential have time to cook them, picked them up waited another 15 mins, got home and had to cook them anyway as they were so undercooked felt like we'd been to Iceland not a takeaway
Ordered 2 pizza's 2 sides and everything turned up burnt and in a right state - called to complain and they put us on hold for ages then offered 50% off the next order, said no and we need to return the food for a refund - what a joke
We always order Dominoes Pizza, we have never had issues with any missing orders, food always turn up hot and fresh and in time considering we are a big family ordering 4+ boxes of pizza and sides. Pizza always tastes excellent, they have the best sauce/base, we've been ordering for years and years. Never gets old. Will always buy from Dominoes. Thanks to all the members of staff and delivery drivers.
Ordered 2 medium pizzas with 2 sides and cookies at 20:25 and at the time of writing this 21:43 the food is still not delivered. I call up dominos and ask where my food is and they guy tells me it’s been delivered. Of course this is not the case and puts me on hold and calls the driver. He then goes on to say that the food is 15 minuets away. When asking why is has taken so long he states that it’s because lack of drivers…not my problem. I inform the guy that he has taken payment within seconds knowing there is a problem with delivering goods. I have asked what can be done and been informed a full refund will be given but will take 5 working days. Absolute disgrace of a “fast food” restaurant. Would not recommend save the time make your own dough and cook your own pizza at least it will be hot
