One of the few Dominos stores with actual good reviews - but I turned up to order and was told over the counter there’d be an hour and a half wait… on a Tuesday! 27/08 There was not more than 10 orders on the makeline screen and found this a little unusual. Only wanted the one pizza. ‍Food: 3/5
What a superstar! After a long hard day at work, I ordered a pizza and accidentally had it ordered to go to my work address from Cramlington branch, instead of my home address another branch. When the driver turned up there was no one at work, and i realised my mistake. Kai from Cramlington branch has rearranged a new delivery for me from my local branch. He was so lovely and helpful and I really appreciate his efforts tonight. Thank you Kai.
I ordered 3 item… they forgot one of them… that’s really not good especially after over and hour waiting for a tepid pizza thanks for reminding me why I don’t use Dominos… it’s now too late to order anything else due to their slow deliveryFood: 1/5

Always a decent pizza from Dominos, though it is expensive and so keep an eye out for the deals. Can order through the app or telephone and order. Collection or delivery. Watch out for the deals!!!
They have a manager called kai and in all my time getting takeaways the customer service I received from this gentlemen was 2nd to noneFood: 5/5
I've given two stars because the pizzas bought from the shop are generally ok but delivered pizzas are bad. Delivered pizzas often require reheating. Also they are often short on cheese and taste of cardboard.
Delivery time is hit and miss, sometimes it'd quite reasonable, sometimes it seems like the driver is deliberately wasting time, waiting for food to get cold. Quality of food from this store is better than other Dominos and the tracker is accurate which is good.Food: 3/5
