Disgusting! Ordered our food and it arrived burnt! No wonder it was an hour late, they were cremating it !
The estimated delivery time yesterday was around 50 minutes when we placed the order on the app. After an hour, we called them up and expressed our disappointment when we were told it wasn’t on its way. The manager said it was about to go in the oven, and yet it took another fifty odd minutes to arrive. He also assured us he was going to call us back. He did not. 1 hour and 52 minutes overall between the order and its delivery. Terrible service.
Wow, first time ordering from Domino’s Pontypool and I’m very impressed. Ordered and delivered within 20 minutes. Food arrived piping hot which was lovely. Absolutely delicious, food was presented well too. Driver was quick, friendly and polite. Will definitely be ordering from here again
Disappointed that you deliver to Abersychan but not 1/2 mile up the hill to Garndiffaith. Asked for a collection or delivery to the car if we sat outside. Short answer was no. Useless and a lot of money lost as we used to use regularly before we moved.
Deliver driver dropped our large dip when getting the pizza out the bag it went up the wall inside the house and all over the doorstep, I had to clean it up but he said he would return with a new one but he didn't bother coming back, wouldn't use them again but get bombarded with texts all the time.
