Do not order from here!!! Read all other reviews. Disgusting customer service. Called up because we hadn’t received our order. Woman answered who was snarky and extremely rude. No apology or offer to remake. Told us to ring back in the morning. Said they had cancelled the order and we had been refunded. I had no refund and no proof of cancellation. Asked for proof of this refund and they said they couldn’t provide it. Another man then came onto the phone, said we should “do better” next time we order. Again asked for proof of this refund, he said someone will take a picture of it and send it. I said no, i want an email from dominos that’s legitimate. They said no. After a few minutes they now said they could send an email. It’s been an hour and no email received. No food. Have had to contact paypal to open a dispute. Absolutely disgusting. Arguing over the phone with two members of staff when all we wanted is the food we had paid for!
Used to order from here a lot but customer service has gone super down hill. Rude staff who make you come into the store when using the Flyby option. Why offer Flyby on the app if your staff ignore the system in store and just leave you sat there while the pizza gets cold. Guy put the phone down on me and I was literally sat in my car in front of the store. I can understand if you are busy but don't take your stress out on paying customers!
Ordered food this evening. Our food arrived an hour and a half after ordering. Half of our order was missing. I called the branch and informed them that some food was missing. I was told it would be sent out for delivery again. Two hours later and another 2 phone calls later still the remainder of my order has not arrived. I wouldn't recommend this branch for delivery. I certainly will not be using this branch again
horrendous customer service. didn’t deliver the order and when called up just told me to ‘calm down’ and that the order was ‘on the way’ when it had been marked as delivered even when it had not been delivered yet. i merely asked them if it had been given to the wrong house and was made out like it was the rudest question. absolutely appalling. still waiting for the food to arrive as i write this
Ordered a fews times and not turned up or been delivered to a wrong address and had to have a new one sent out it not good enough it not exactly cheap and for them not to answer phone is a joke come domino’s sort it out !!!!
I phoned up to order and there was no answer I then drove there and ordered my food while waiting I explained I had tried phoning I was told they was very busy while they blatanty wasn'tService: 1/5
Ordered from the hull road dominos and they called me saying that they couldn’t take my order as they had no drivers but to order from here instead. When I called the first person I spoke to immediately put me on hold before another staff member answered and greeted me. When I attempted to order they said they wouldn’t take the order either even though it had already been placed. I asked the process on a formal complaint and my question was avoided completely. Overall experience seems like this is a poorly run location with staff that don’t really care.
Great pizza, always fresh, can't fault them... One time half time pizza had no toppings
Very helpful staff. Extremely good experience after a very poor experience at the Costa at vangarde earlier in the day where the staff were very rude and patronizing - why why behave this way ? The pizza and garlic bread were the usual top standard this evening. Thank you Domino's
Over two hours of waiting, no food. Told over an hour ago that the driver was 2 minutes away. The restaurant will not answer the phone and that was confirmed by another store who we called to see if they could help. Not sure if the food is coming or to just go to bed
