Disappointing food and attitude.nnOrdered 2 pizzas, they were both completely wrong, the only ingredients correct on either pizza was the tomato topping and the cheese, all the other toppings were incorrect.nnWe had ordered pizza as we needed to be somewhere this evening and thought it would be quicker than cooking. We also ordered for collection to avoid the unknown wait time for delivery. So I drove to collect the pizza, drove home, sat down to eat, opened the box and it was all wrong, then my partner opened theirs, also all wrong. This meant I had to drive back again.nWhen I put them on the counter and said ‘these are all wrong’ , the older blonde lady behind the counter was pointing over to me and laughing with her colleague - very professional. This annoyed me more than the catalogue of errors with the pizzas.nWhen I raised this with the franchise owner he told me that I was not allowed to say anything bad about his team. I found this baffling as this woman clearly had no skills in making pizza or dealing with customers.nThis is the 2nd time in a row that they have got our order wrong, last time it was toppings missing and we thought we’d just leave it, but twice in a row is just unacceptable and the time wasted having to go backwards and forwards has meant I had to cancel my evening plans.nThis store has definitely lost my custom.
My experience at Domino's Pizza in Whittlesey was quite satisfying! The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was taken quickly and accurately. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect balance of toppings and a crispy crust that I always look forward to.nnThe store was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to pick up my order. However, I do wish they offered Cinni Dippers, as they are a personal favorite of mine! It would be great to have that sweet treat available alongside their fantastic pizzas.nnOverall, Domino's in Whittlesey is a reliable choice for a tasty pizza night. I’ll definitely be back for more!
Tried the new lasagna pizza tonight, absolutely yummy definitely recommend! So glad they’ve started to do fries, and they were very nice too. Ordered to collect, ready when I got there, great service great tasting pizza! Go try
Found a hair in a pizza when half way through eating it. Manager said we do our best but wasn't overly concerned. I felt that by giving a credit the issue was satisfied. I was unable to eat the remainder of the pizza and it made me feel sick. Not good for a national food outlet.
The best Domino’s ever! I have eaten from a fair few in my time and this is by far the best!nAlways arrives quickly and piping hot! The delivery drivers are always very polite.
