Shocking service….. placed an order via the app. All went through and took our money….. said waiting time 31 minutes. Waited for 2 hours, called Watton branch and after about 10 attempts, someone answered and explained that they had a system error! Hadn’t even got our order and said that we would have to seek a refund from head office! Member of staff clearly didn’t have a clue what was going on and sounded like she had said the same thing to 300 people. No apology and couldn’t even take our order over the phone - lights were on but no one home …..A valuable lesson…. Stay local and don’t feed the consumer machine. I will never go back. Ruined what should have been a good night in . Still no refund !!!
Can never seem to get what you ordered right. When you pay for extra of something, you expect it on the pizza. Try reading your orders in future, not the first or second time this has happened! Anyone would think the staff pay for the topping themselves.
Portions size for chips is ridiculous, spent £4 for about 30 chips and some were hard in the middle and was pretty cold.
I ordered some dinner today with my family and I only live a few minutes away but couldn't pickup due to personal reasons. After almost an hour it's been delivered. I watched the courier go all the way to shipdham and back with my food and when I brought this up on the phone I was told it was a glitch and my food was with them there. Unsurprisingly I watched the driver until he got to my address and the food was cold. I sent it back and was given a refund over the phone but they could not provide me with an email confirmation for this. Will be back to this in 3-5 working days to update my review.
Bought some Pizzas online, found myself signed up for a company called completesave…..look them up! so now I’ve had to change all my cards and have random payments of £20 plus coming out of my account because I bought a pizza. Won’t use again, phone version of website doesn’t let you increase font, I want a pizza shop to make and sell pizzas not erroneous financial packages
