Terrible service. After 1.5 hours of waiting for delivery, we went to collect the pizzas. Manager refused an apology or a refund claiming that I provided the wrong contact number even though I could prove I'd received a text to the correct number. Put a real dampener on the birthday celebrations for my daughter.

Pizza always nice and fresh but they never end up bringing out to your car and always takes longer than time given
Pick up is always better than delivery. Prices are ridiculous but the food is of a high standard, particularly on a Wednesday or Tuesday evening
Ordered a half and half. The wife is a vegetarian. One side is a veggie and the other is meant to be a chicken sweetcorn and pepper pizza. I couldn't work out what happened to this pizza or where the chicken was. The wings were OK but nearly all of the sauce was on the box. It had soaked into the cardboard and leaked a bit. I wouldn't order a half and half or wings from here. I had a better experience from the local pizza shop in Thatcham High Street
We sat in to order our pizza and realised that eat in/collection is much more expensive than ordering online. We ordered a small and personal sized pizza. When I asked about why the offer isn't being applied hence all the advertised prices in the store the employee said that he applied the cheapest offer we could get. However, it's cheaper to just order online with delivery where you are able to add discount codes and get a better deal or cheaper pizzas.
Very polite team on the phones...but once you step foot in the store it’s like an asylum with people everywhere, shouting loudly and seemed very disorganised. Nice clean store and pizza tasted good all the same, just need to work on the collection experience!
Food is great, but, standing around waiting to get served while 5 people wander around at the back looking over occasionally at you while continuing their conversation until you eventually get annoyed enough to shout "anyone serving" before the cook has to stop making pizzas and come and serve you is not a good customer experience.
One of the best pizza from a Domino's. Thatcham is excellent service and friendly staff
3 star's only and that's out of respect for the manager. Ordered on line for delivery and my order turns up 30 minutes later. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive to the shop. Once I receive my order it was all cold. You would expect to pick up a slice of pizza and have the cheese all hot and stringy. It had gone hard. So I had rejected the order and went to the shop to order again and even then they got the order wrong and the pizza comes out the same. On the up side they didnt charge me for that and I was given a voucher on my account. That's a good but it's a shame they can't get it right the 1st time round. Dominoes thatcham has been going down hill for a while. With staff jumping on to work tops and larking about. Too many mistakes dominoes!!!
