Ordered a pizza on line , tracker said out for delivery 1/2hr still waiting called the store a very polite man said there were issues with a drivers motor breaking down! Took that onboard , when my grandad kids started to eat the food was stone cold. I contacted the shop same guy was on the phone could not be more apologetic offered refund or a chance to reorder but I had grandkids who needed feeding so just spent more money .
Nice local shop. The lady did forget to put my order through so was waiting 10 minutes and then looked at the screen to notice my name wasn’t on there and questioned it. The guy said that the order hadn’t been put through. But after another 10 minutes I had my pizza. Everyone makes mistakes so I will still use this shop. Thank you for the margarita pizza guys!

Only ever ordered from here once. The food turned up cold and they had put the wrong toppings on the pizza.nnIt is a real shame because the driver and the man I spoke to on the phone were both had fantastic customer service skills.nnThey offered me a discount voucher for the website of £10, about a third of what I paid, which was a good gesture considering.
