I orderd a half and half pizza tonight half chess half meat feast cheese pizza has more meat on it than the meat feast and under Base is burnt along with this orderd potato wedges all half under cooked and garlic bread 3 slices cooked OK 1 slice no garlic or cheese I use dominos a lot and never have a problem bit tonight is a joke only thing good is the chicken wings I wouldn't recommend this takeaway it's like they have new management and useless at that steer clear another good shop gone down hill because of some useless manager who does not care what we eat

Worst pizza experience ever. Waited 90 minutes for delivery. They sent me the wrong pizza. Called them and spoke to an imbocele of a manager who had the nerve to say. ‘We will send you the right pizza. Bit you’ll have to wait a further 90 minutes. Because other customers are waiting. ‘ Unbelievable Lack complete lack of respect for a paying customer. No refund either. When I asked for one he said. He couldn’t do it. 
If you want a pizza. Go to papa johns in caterham or Pizza Hut.  I run a business that is based on providing a service and we would never dare treat a customer like this. I certainly won’t ever order from these cowboys ever again.  They’ve lost me and my friends. I will of course tell everyone I know not to waste their time with this lot.

Dominoes isn't good. Never again. Always find their staff, no matter where I go, rude!!

This review is not about Dominos in general, this review is of this Redhill branch.
I've had to order twice from this branch now as i live an equal distance from the Redhill & Reigate branches & the online system dictates where my order's placed & every time my order goes to Redhill i get bad pizza. The regular base is always much thinner, it's always blistered & generally looks like someones wiped their backside on it, it certainly never looks like it does on the menu.
On both occasions my food has been luke warm & i've had to reheat it in the oven! Not good as I'm always rough the day after a Redhill Dominos.
Lastly the second time i ordered the order was incorrect & when i phoned i got attitude from the person on the phone & i was made to feel like it was my own fault.
