Sunday 19/05/2024 approx. time 11.amn-Paid £20.46 .Receipt number 2214nAbsolutely disgusting atmosphere and service especially coming from the store Manager. As soon as we ordered from the counter he proceeds to make the pizza without washing his hands after using the computer and touching the drinks bottles . Absolutely shocking! I asked him why is not using gloves and he said that is no requirement's. Where is the food hygiene standards here.nI refused to go ahead with the order before and I asked for a refund and he said that I will contact the head office and will refund you in 7 days, asked for a proof of refund and he declined, he said that can't give any proof, and all I got was arrogance from him. I've been here many times and all other staff members were preparing the pizza with the gloves, but not at this time and he said that is the store Manager. I will never ever be ordering food from there ever again shocking behaviour.
This was a very good pizza place everything taste fresh and they had some good offers on like 2 xxl pizza for 40 and it also comes with sides and a drink would recommend
Quick delivery, great tasting pizza.nYou can always get offers on everything, usually 40% off everything.nBe careful though if you use deal wizard on the app it does not give you the best offer which is very flawed.nIf you pick up parking is right beside it or delivery was quick enough for us.
Was dry very little suase an cheese .. think it has new people there was always fab but the last twice we been has been shocking
Ordered 4 pizzas for the family with various topping changes and extras. All arrived fine except for one which was missing burger sauce but after a quick phone call we were offered a remake or refund. Can’t fault them at all, very friendly, quick delivery and food is good quality and of course willing to put things right if mistakes are made. 5 star service.
