I use this service quite a bit. But more and more the pizzas are arriving undercooked. The cheese isn’t even melted anymore. I can see where it’s grated. Topping are warm but not cooked at all.
Nothing wrong with food from my experience. however one of their delivery guys was driving extremely recklessly behind my girlfriend on the road coming into penicuik. Flashing his lights tailgating her and swerving side to side behind her when she was going the speed limit. I get that they are trying to reduce wait times or whatever but that dosent excuse driving like an complete idiot, he was literally inches from her bumper if something had happened that forced her to brake suddenly, the guy would've had no chance of stopping in time potentially resulting in damage to her car/his bike and potential injury. She was very upset about this. Totally unacceptable
Really good offers when you order in store or order to collect. We order the new base which is like a base with cheese then a base on top, it's very taco/nacho like. We had texas bbq and it was very yummy. Second pizza was pepperoni and again was delicious but this one we opted for standard base.
1hr 30minutes delivery time. I should’ve ate the wrong order instead of giving it back to the driver like he asked. Imagine taking unboxed food to another person. Anyway… gripping on for dear life now… still waiting for my order that was meant to be 5 minutes away. And 1hr 30 minutes… and when I called the guy didn’t even know what I was saying.
