brilliant pizzas top service the best
Received gift voucher after waiting 2hrs for previous order, to be used for a phone order. They wouldn't even take the code and claimed the voucher could only be used online - contrary to the terms and conditions.
Perfect! I made a mistake with collection times and selected wrong restaurant to collect from, so food got cold but made me a fresh one when I got into fallow.
came to buy pizza and i clearly saw "buy any size and get one free". i was surprised when the man that took my order said the promo is only for customers that buys large size. what a rip off! i didn't trust the man, i was ripped off my extra pizza.
Extremely slow delivery service. My nan could deliver pizza faster than this lot at peak times and she's dead. Ordered from here once and had nothing to show for it for an hour. We rang the store and nobody answered twice. The third time we had a halfwit on the phone who couldn't even identify our order. The pizza showed up almost two hours after being ordered. 2 stars because the pizza is good - when it finally bloody shows up. For the hassle just go somewhere else.
I went to to dominoes to take my friend for the first time to get cookies. Dez was lovely he was very persuasive and helped us decide that 4 cookies wouldn’t be enough so encouraged us to get 8. Defo coming back for some more omg this is an edit he jsut gave us free pizza !!!!!
Bad customer service. Went to grab my free personal pizza with the Boucher and got told the offer is not currently available.
Ordered a large vegetarian vegi supreme pizza and there was chicken on it. Went for vegi because one friend has a white meat allergy and the other is vegetarian. Very dangerous as my friend almost went into Anaphylactic shock. Tried calling to say that there was chicken on it. No answer 3 times. 10pm was first call. On the final call they answered but had me on in the background for 5 minutes while not talking to me while I was trying to talk to them.
Fallowfield team have been regularly unhelpful, technically and communicatively. Poor service and food.
We ordered the day before and delivery was missed to due communication and the app not presenting the correct stages of our order. we waited over an hour and a half. We then contacted the store the next morning’ to request a refund on our missed order as we never received it. The manager of the store said we could have our order on credit and reorder another time. We decided to order a delivery in the evening. After an hour and a half of waiting we called the store and a man said the order from yesterday is there is for collection and it’s been sat there waiting for 15 minutes, we mentioned we had ordered delivery and they proceeded to argue we had not, then then read out our address to confirm and said it’ll be there soon, were concerned that it had been reheated and so requested a fresh order. We were then disrespectfully told by the man it will be fresh and then the phone was put down. A fresh pizza was not made and this could be told by the quality of the pizza and the taste. If the pizza was freshly made then the quality alone is a cause for concern. In no way did the two people spoken to speak in a respectful or understanding manner, very disappointing.
