Been coming here as they have been spot on, foods good but just wish they would not skimp on the toppings, a margherita pizza with a double portion of cheese should be served with plenty of cheese, unfortunately the amount of cheese is mediocre, why! The pizza only costs Dominoes approximately £1 and I'm collecting it! Please stop being so tight. Otherwise, people will go elsewhere.
Absolutely loved the second man delivering my meal tonight, he really went the extra mile and I’m really appreciative of the excellent service he provided and the girl on the phone was wonderful. Honestly made me think there’s still good in the world, thank you and merry Christmas xo
No delivery in 1.5 hours - complained and still no refund - disgraceful dishonest management practice!nnLast night I ordered via app with an advertised delivery time of 25-30 mins. 1 hour later I received a text to say my order had left and was being delivered. An additional 30 mins later, no delivery.nnWhen I rang to find out where my order was, I was advised it was just leaving now, 1.5hrs later, I explained I have already had a text to say it left 30 mins ago so questioned which information. The attitude of the person I spoke to was very poor & inexperienced. Said I should wait for the pizza and if it’s cold the I could refuse it and be entitled to a refund. Whilst waiting for the manager, I heard another colleague dealing with a complaint- clearly they were accepting orders they were unable to fulfil and this was being fed back. I requested a refund which the manager allegedly processed whilst on the call. I did not receive any order and still have not received my refund!
Underwhelmed very stingy on toppings. Waste of money. Asda have more toppings on theirs. Won't be going back.
