First time I ordered I asked for extra of the cheese sauce as the base , which paid for .. pizza turned up servery lacking and base sauce atal, and only to be like warm. Which I made the store aware which they didn't seem to care, after a while I tried again ordered something else many months later and paid for extra cheese, it turned up hot this time! But unfortunately lacking what was yet again paid for... and 2 weeks later one last try and .. no extra cheese as paid for and luke warm again.. so inconsistent at this store specifically, it is not worth what you pay for
Unreal fast delivery, delivery driver extremely polite.nThink speed of delivery is being focussed on rather than quality of food, pizzas could have done with a few more minutes in oven, the toppings looked like they had been cooked over a candle.nI would rather wait longer for delivery for better quality food.
No stars !! But had to chose one star to allow to post .nI have asked countless times for an area manager to contact me but still no one has had the decency to do so.nBack in MAY a delivery driver backed into my front garden wall damaging it so much it had to be taken down to make safe. The store manager apologised and said she would at my request ask the area manager who was on a team building exercise in Las Vegas at the time if I recall to contact me.nIt took approximately 2 months could be less after endless phone calls to the store chasing things up to find out that the DRIVERS insurance would be used to pay for the repair of the wall NOTHING FROM DOMINOS !nI’m absolutely disgusted at how they have passed the buck and have ignored my request to speak to somebody above store level about my grievance and stress that this caused .nI never even ordered the pizza , it was delivered to my neighbour !nFor a global company this is totally shocking.nCowardly and irresponsible are just 2 words that come to mind..
Made an order through the app, half an hour later order tracking became unavailable. Called the store and was told order had been cancelled as they don't deliver to my area? Despite them never having an issue before.nThere was no effort to contact me to inform me of this so had been sat waiting with no idea. Told refund will take several days. The poor lad who answered the phone was very apologetic, clearly the store is poorly managed as can be seen by other reviews. Overall awful experience and not the service I'm used to from other dominos branches.nnUpdate: Called this branch again a week later to chase the refund, spoke to a nice girl who informed me the refund hadn't even been requested. She also told me they do in fact deliver to my address, so I suppose they just couldn't be bothered the day I ordered? Absolutely shocking.
We ordered at 11.30, 13 pizzas atleast 10 sides, dips and drinks. Foood ready around 12, the gentleman who served us was very polite and even helped us with the order to the car which was above the service you'd expect as standard.
