Ordered two large pizzas and 5 sides but one of those delivered was a small pizza with wrong toppings and two of the sides were missing. There was a delivery address on the incorrect items for another house so one would assume a lack of checks prior to dispatch. The Driver had gone so we called the shop.They apologised and asked if we would accept a £40 credit to our Dominos account which we accepted as we regularly use. Last Saturday we placed another order via telephone but was informed that they had a record of my previous orders but no record of the credit we were due. After complaining I was informed that head office would contact me on the Monday, guess what!! No call, nothing. If you could give a nil rating I would, how can food you did not order be given anything.

Used to be very good, don’t know what’s happened but the past 3 times I’ve ordered the food has been undercooked, and turned up looking like an absolute shambles as if someone had sat on the box. The 2 times before that they forgot part of the order...absolute joke

Food is good but the app is very poor will not allow me to change my address, and my food keeps getting sent to my old address even though i stated in the drivers section this was the wrong address

Pizza came squashed and folded up inside the box. Undercooked in the centre and a complete mess!
