Will never buy from this branch again. Received leaflet offering a free medium pizza. Wouldn’t work on app, so I the called branch. Was told the offer had been rescinded despite being within expiry date in terms and conditions. Complete scam, will be reporting to trading standards.

Without a doubt I can always trust dominion for pizza with no regrets. I had takeaway most of the time and always pleased     with the food. Once or twice I have been to the store and staff was really friendly. It’s fast and quick service. Keep the good work team

Falsely advertising Free Pizza.  Received leaflet offering a free medium pizza at Northolt Location until 28th February.  Tried to use the app with no luck. Phoned the branch on the 13th February : "we not honouring the free pizza"  What a scam! Not only lying to their customers but trying to fool people into using their branch for a free pizza and then charging.  Reported to consumer affairs

very dissapointed went last week to dominos in southall but could not get my pizzas as they do not accept cash only card payment was left very dissapointed went there for nothing in the end. please make sure you let everyone know  in the future when  you accept cash as there is no need not to.

Ordered pizzas for delivery from this store and they delivered in 2 hours We called them four times about the delivery and they kept on saying 5 minutes more and delivered in 2 hours and at last we had to cancel the order. Never going to order from this store again. Very bad service Never recommend anyone.

Dishonest branch....  I went to branch today to redeem a coupon I received in the post today with an expiry date in September.  They flatly refused and said head office has changed it.  I explained I received the offers in the mail today but they didn't care.  You have lost yourself a weekly regular Dominis.

I order collection and my pizza was ready I waited 5 minutes before someone give me the pizza Mr Singh was busy eatingFood: 4/5

Extremely rude staff, long waiting times, decent food. Fix up your staff, they don't know how to talk to people.
