This restaurant is also a take away restaurant and not a sit down restaurant, but it has a nice, cozy, warm, friendly atmosphere. It is also good for groups for take away food and good for dinner to eat at home.

I had called up to order a pizza over the phone as the voucher code I was using was not valid online. I specifically said this at the beginning of the call and was told it would be fine and they would be able to apply it over the phone. After several minutes of trying to actually order what I wanted and mis-communication i was then told they would not be able to apply the voucher when I asked them to at the very beginning. Waste of time.

I ordered a pizza on Italian based to be served think and crispy which is like eating dried toast firstly and when I called to complain I was told "It's virtually the same". I also was told I had to pay £0.20p for a dip as I ordered 2 pizzas and a side of garlic bread and was told I didn't get a free dip with the side. I pointed out I was paying £40.00 for 2 pizzas and a side and you still want to charge me for a dip which I was told yes. Overpriced for what you get and the manager in question was a rude and arrogant ****

If I could give minus stars I would. We paid for a pizza to be delivered too, the driver somehow got lost and gave away our order to the wrong address. We waited over 2 hours and nothing!!! Eventually my husband went down there and explained the situation, there was no apology no customer rights, he simply refused to believe the driver was in the wrong. The driver later admitted his mistake, we will never go here again. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and rude staff. We are still awaiting our refund a month later...
