I've order the pizzas from Dominos in Thames Ditton I placed the order at 20:40 .After that I received a iMessage with the information that the driver is on the way. Unfortunately nobody delivered my food. I had to call to Dominos and asked what happened. I was informed that the driver couldn't find my flat and he came back to the store. For 3 hours nobody called me to inform me that.. I called again and they said me driver delivered to the wrong address!!
Transaction time 16.00-16.30 - Date 10/Feb/2023 Shocking ..As i went in to the store The arrogant white lady told me dont accept cash. I told her the app said you do !! Never the less i furnished my card ..then she went ahead and charged me £24.50 where she was suppose to charge me £18.00.. and then very bluntly she said we cant refund you because you have to deal .. where in on the bill it clearly said voucher used £6.00. pay £18.50 .. Disgraceful nobody in the store knew what is going on .. i waited 30 Minutes my food is gone cold ...No name tags on any member girl or guy....refuse to give name out,.. I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED ... FOOD QUALITY HAS BEEN COMPROMISED.. MY CREDIT CARDS NUMBER IS NOW STORE ON THE UNKNOWN PEOPLES HANDS.... i don't know where data protection is !!use less people in store shift manager or store manager absolute disgrace to the brand. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.
Constantly late and going to wrong house, when I had a problem ordering a pizza for a child who doesn’t eat cheese for a party rather than offering a gesture of good will they still charged me. I never complain because I feel the drivers are not paid enough and yet the manager thinks treating loyal customers like this is good for business. Last time I’ll order from Thames ditton dominoes. Well done guys!
The worst experience ever the girl who manages with the red hair and the glasses is so rude after she sends us stone cold pizzas then hangs up the phone saying I was screaming at her because I called to say the pizzas we're Stone cold she finally said she will send some more out after she spits on it. I have the recorded phone call to prove it. DISGUSTING!!!!
To be avoided at all costs! They have such scant regard for their customers that they will happily send out a pizza with a large portion missing. A disgrace, and the last time they will see my money!
Day: Sunday 05/06/22 time roughly around 8.30 2 pizzas... This is what they sent? Not the 1st time but many times which i always avoided but this is bit too much.. Please do quality check before sending out pizzas, poor drivers have to go through the grief because of the staffs laziness.
I ordered my food and I got a their dessert pizza and it came but it was just the base. There was no chocolate on it at all. Very disappointing they got my whole order right just not my dessert? Shows they take the time and the care for their customers
We were in a hurry and we only had 10 mins to spare. The staff were very accommodating and they managed to get our two Pizzas ready for collection within the 10 mins we had requested. Would highly recommend. Parking: There is parking outside the shop.
Really poor service, ordered a pizza on the 16th it was incorrect when it arrived, I spoke with the manager Josh, who offered a free pizza next time we order. Rang today to claim it and was told we don’t have an account with them so there’s nothing on the system. I have proof of what I ordered and when I ordered it, but they seemed uninterested. Really disappointing. Won’t use Thames Ditton Dominos again.
every single time I order the delivery is late and have to contact multiple times to even receive what I ordered! gave benefit of the doubt, silly me. when contacting told multiple lies by staff about where my order is - over 2 hours late
