Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). We know what YOU expect from us and we will try to exceed that each and every time by delivering quicker than anyone else, delivering better pizzas than anyone else and getting it right every time! if i could give this dominos zero stars i would. Sent me home with the wrong pizza and wrong garlic bread after I decided to collect it as the last time I ordered it arrived cold. When I got home and called the branch to tell them they told me to bring it back. ( i had got a cab tp collect it) I paid the same price as I would of it it was delivered yet they refused to rectify this mistake. btw the pizza was supposed to be veggie and it had meat on it... They didn't care and offered me half price off my next pizza. Told them what they could do with their half price offer. Disgusting service

Ordered 4.29pm still waiting so phoned the store at 5.25pm and asked where my order was! Was told it had left about 5-6mins I live about 10mins away! It arrived 14-15mins later! The whole order was cold we had to eat some of it as my son had to go out! The food was awful! I phoned the store and asked to speak to the manager who you could tell was not really listening to me as he offered me another hot pizza when I had already told him we had to go out! Will not be ordering from any Domino's again as money comes before customer service.

I ordered two pizzas on line for collection, got there for the time still not read, the bloke behind the counter kept opening the pizza boxes moving stickers around? After 10 minutes I was given one pizza and told they are not sure where the other one was and said they would make another, 35 minutes later I now had one cold pizza and one hot, asked them to remake (which they did) but overall took 2 hours from start to finish. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a drive come in and start cleaning some food boxes and saying these shouldn't be here, (items in question were pizza/side boxes which the counter staff were using as a mouse mats then folding up to put pizzas in!!!!😨) The manager was too busy talking about her night out the previous night. As per other comments the toppings are far less than experienced at other Dominos. Do not use this outlet!!!

Second time order from them and its been undercooked. Last time I complained nothing happened and this time I am not even going to bother. Last time ate it thinking it was cheese that treated funny as had double crust and was so ill this time I checked it and threw it away. Do not order from them.
