As Dominoes has left SA, was a treat to try the pizza we miss. The time for preparation was quick and the pizza was amazing. Good cheese and adequate coverage of the toppings. The base was when Dominoes were at their best in SA. Enjoyed it thoroughly.
Bad experience. We ordered, didn't get any confirmation email, and didn't get the food, we called an hour and a half later and the girl on the phone was incredibly rude. It's true that I didn't have signal on my phone, but I was out the door all the time and no one came near it. She kept saying the the delivery rider even tried to ring the door bell. Later when she said she could send it but it will be cold, I told her several times that it was okay, and she kept insisting that it would take really long and will be cold, even though I kept telling her that that was okay for me. She kept trying to convince me to not get the food I paid for. Until I just made it plain clear I wanted the food. I guess she had her dinner sorted if I didn't want it. The food was good though.
Disgraceful pizza not cut properly whole thing fell apart
So disappointing that this is the only dominos nearby. Forever getting orders wrong - missing drinks, wrong dips and missing ingredients. It’s literally every time we order they get something wrong but they’re the only decent pizza company nearby. Staff couldn’t give a rats when you tell them either so inconsiderate.
Pizza is cold every single time , We spend more time heating the pizza then actually eating it , we have rang numerous of times before asking could they make sure it was hot before they get to us. And I think maybe once or twice it was hot after us spending and ordering from here , It’s very annoying when your spending over €50 each time ,
Pizza always fresh and made quick. Delivered and collected from this store many times and cannot fault their service, food or staff. Will buy from here again
Shocking service. Ordered on just eat at 8pm and got an order confirmation and eta of 8.45. Got a text at 8.53 to say delivery was on the way. 10pm still waiting and app says the order was delivered.phoned this shop and they said the driver arrived and got no answer. Impossible, we have a camera and no one came near my door so she said she will send the order again. When the order did eventually arrive the toppings was wrong and no minerals. Stay clear from this shop
Fast, easy to order, highly satisfied customer, my family recently tried your pizza at a house party and we were really surprised because it was not that good in the past. Now you have a lovely dough. Makes such a huge difference. Thanks for making our Friday happy!
I ordered from your store on Friday evening. Myself and 2 children got food poisoning from your food. Definitely from your food. It was from pizza my children and I had different pizza from my husband and 2 hrs later we were all getting sick and everything else u would have with food poisoning with out going into too much detail .
Missing topping on pizza, very greasy and driver called me twice in 1 minute because, apparently, I wasn't quick enough to get the pizza that I paid for it to be delivered! Driver couldn't be bothered to bring it to the door so I had to go out and collect it from the car! The 2 stars are for the
