I have to say I am a regular of this branch, probably getting a pizza from them about once a month since moving back to the area a few years back, even through the pandemic. Have always found them helpful and efficient and they know me by sight now so can side my pizza straight over to me. Don't remember them ever getting my order wrong. Also used them often when we have people over and great for that too.
Received my order and there were a couple of errors. Called them up and they sorted this straight away, can never fault the customer service here.
Fast food pizza as you generally expect it. Delivery is generally friendly and efficient so it's still hot when it arrives.
Worst dominoes ever had several bad experiences from this place and will never order from them again. Just waited an hour and 45 mins for pizza and still hasn’t come and called them 8 times and haven’t answered once. Don’t waste your money
Last time I order from there by time it was dlivered it was already cold about going here
Appalling service. I would not recommend the branch. When my pizza took more than twice as long as promised and I asked for a discount, I was met with aggressive behaviour.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was lied to when asking to speak to a manager, I had to drive 15mins to collect three dips after "Jessica" told me she wouldn't add them to the order 2mins after placing them online. As soon as I told her I'm coming to collect them myself, within minutes the manager called to say he could add them to the order. The manager who wasn't there when I asked to speak to him! Once I arrived the same member of staff was telling another customer I'd been arguing over 3 dips. Antagonising, the situation further. Its clear the manager had no control over his staff as this all happened in his presence and he said nothing to her. At one point he asked her to stop talking and she continued to talk over him. No one wears name tags so there is no way in knowing if the names I was given were genuine or made up. I will be writing to Dominos head office. An overall horrible experience. Steer clear.
my pizza arrived with no cheese the "manager" Paul only cared about telling me it was my fault for making a mistake on the website, then he tried to charge me an extra £10 to correct my order. The cookies were basically liquid they were so undercooked, and the chicken was undercooked as well. a health hazard.
Orderd a Veggie delight and a Hot and spicy. Veggie delight was on a thin crust but this was overcooked and basically a big Tortilla crisp! To top it up, the Veg pizza had 2 pieces of chicken on there. The Hot and spicy was cold, i had to bring the pizza back home to melt the mozzarella cheese through. Terrible quality and seriously it is not hard to get a pizza right..
Ordering pizza for 6.30 but arriving 7.30. Manager does not know even how to apologize? She says we don't have enough people? Why don't you guys call us and let know? I will never use Dominos again!
