Looking for food on Christmas Eve when many Ely takeaways had closed early. Got two large Pizzas which were prepared while we waited. BOGOF deal. Pizzas very tasty and enjoyed by grandson and daughter.
We have been coming here for many years. This place was never amazing but it was OK for a quick go to Meal. We placed rather a large order. I picked up the garlic bread placed it on my plate and this fell off the garlic bread. Looking suspiciously like facial hair to me. Despite it being a delivery my husband drove straight back there and said hey look at this. The guy on reception was very rude and said that it was definitely not facial hair. Despite the guy in the background cooking without a cover over his beard. What’s the betting he had a shave that morning? Anyway would not refund us but would give us a partial re-order from the same guy that was dropping his hair in the food. I felt sick when I saw this and I feel sick with the rest of the pizza that is just went straight in the bin. We don’t have a lot of money this was a treat for us that has gone straight in the bin twice over. I can still feel whiskers in my teeth this is very unsatisfactory. I tried to complain on the website but Ely is not even recognized. There isn’t even a East cambs as an option. None of us even wanted to eat after this
Absolutely disgusting. Barely any dough. It’s like it’s been rolled with a grass roller. It could not get any flatter. Stingy on the cheese. Fancied having a change from Pizza Hut. Serves me right.
Why can’t they cut up the slices….. other than that good pizza
The branch manager should be embarrassed. Constantly understaffed the guys in their need support and coping processes for high demand. Help your staff out Dominos. Again kudos to the staff in their for trying their hardest
What a mistake coming here for pizza. Here they don't care at all about customers. Never mind we found better pizza in town with good customer service.
Ordered food and the tracker said it had been delivered. Waited about 15 mins for the elusive food to arrive and it didn’t. I called the shop and eventually spoke to someone - the food hadn’t even left the shop. It arrived barely like lukewarm and missing the drink I’d paid for. The driver said she’d go get it, but she never did. Funnily enough, I didn’t get an email asking for feedback!
This location used to be pretty good, but have gone down hill over the past year. Tonight we ordered at 4:49pm on a Wednesday, the tracker said the pizza was delivered at 5:40 and the pizzas showed up at 6:10 barely luke warm. Very disappointed.
Got given a voucher because they delivered two cold pizzas. The voucher cannot be used online, fare enough, but they don’t answer the bloody phone
I called in and all I wanted was a Garlic Bread with Cheese and they wouldn't make me one, so I went home and got one delivered to me from a better Takeaway!!!
