*PLEASE NEVER ORDER* I have done an order but It was totally worthless. The pizza was delivered uncooked. Not only that but I was waiting for 1h too. I guess an hour in the oven wasn’t enough!! So in order to eat it I had to put it again in the oven. Please don’t even bother! Save up your money!
I would give this zero stars if it was an option. Placed an order at 6.30, called at 6.55 to add on an item and was advised it couldn’t be added as the order was out for delivery. At 8.20 still no order so called them and said Just eat up was causing errors but you’ll get your order I asked when … I’ll just go and check but she had no Idea what order she was checking as she hadn’t asked! Advised she would put order through via phone and as they were now quieter it would be delivered. Still no order at 9.30pm! Tried calling but no answer . Gave up and asked for refund via Just eat. Don’t use this branch and Just eat need to take them off as an option.
Absolute shambles of a place, ordere on just eat……….waited well over an hour, phoned up to see where my order was………….we don’t have an order…………….lack of English for a start says it all!!!!! I was greeted with a “hello” and I had to ask if I was through to domino’s in coatbridge, 23 quid taken from my account and an abrupt hello when I phoned them………….. they turned up the following morning at 11:30am to deliver the pizza ffs couldn’t make this up
Over 3 weeks I get the same thing for my wee girl A large cheese pizza Week 1 £7.99 Week 2 £10.99 Week 3 £7 .99 I mentioned it st the shop and they whernt interested one bit about what I said
Ordered on Saturday around 7:20pm as a treat for Grankids. Said delivery would be around 1 hour, which was long enough! 8:45 & still no pizzas! Fuming I was. Called them to be told they were extremely busy so it would be another 30 minutes or So! Spoke to manager who apologised for delay! & asked if I could pick up! Oh aye I'l drag 5 kids out on a Saturday night, NOT! So finally arrived at 9:10 lukewarm, & with a free bottle of Cola which was a laughable under the circumstances! 1 hour 50 minutes wait is unacceptable & I will certainly not be ordering again!!! 1 star is undeserved!!! Shame on you Domino's!!!
Had free pizza tonite due to a complaint previously... Can say was first class was warm and tasty thank u.
I placed order for delivery, then received call asking if I wanted to go pick it up as they were short of drivers, I declined that offer and was told I would have to wait 45mins for delivery, over the next 3HOURS I was blatantly lied to by being told every time I called that pizza had left shop, now by my calculation, the pizza had left the shop on 4 different occasions, took three and a half hours to arrive at my home which is a 5 minute drive from shop, very poor service, also diabolical telephone manner, will be contacting customer services, and I urge everyone to think carefully before ordering anything from domino's coatbridge, but if you like to be lied to, eat cold undercooked pizza 3and a half hours after ordering it, dominos coatbridge is the place to call
The poorest experience, beyond anything you could even imagine. The guy behind the counter at 17:30 clearly hadn't heard of covid or just hand hygiene in general, answering phones, moving between stations, handling money and not washing hands. Further more he was handling cooked food and raw food without wishing hands also. Waited for half an hour after the app had said that the food was ready, it wasn't even in the oven and the guy was just rude about it. Ignored a separate customer who attempted to complain for similar reasons, he just walked off. No communication between any of staff. In the whole time I was there they didn't speak to eachother once. No apologies given, a grunt, pizza handed over and shown the door. This sucked and was a real fail dominos, these guys are trashing your brand!!
One the worst run dominos outside Glasgow Dominos Coatbridges delivery times are absolutely shocking sometime anywhere up to 2- 3 hours for a pizza to be delivered. The owner management need to get there fingers out there a*** always blaming on how busy they are hire more drivers then. Dominos Franchise Head Office these cowboys need a good look showing the rest of dominos in a bad light.
Next to no toppings and overdone it with sauce
