I ordered half half pizza and the right side which I put veggie volcano was not even filled half way.only a quarter of it was topped but even that it was barely. I am a regular customer and to see the state of this pizza was really shocking and disappointing to my family. This should not be allowed. I contacted domino 's pizza straight away and they were very rude and harsh. They said they won't give me another pizza anytime soon and wasn't customer service friendly at all. This should close down, I'm not going to order here ever again. Very appalling!

Ordered at 17:51. 2hrs for delivery. Customer service very poor. Called the store 8 times no answer.. very disappointed. Never again.. usually order from Pizza Hut. No problem at all. 1st time I ordered and defenatly the last.

Ordered the pizza at 8:30, I was told 45 mins for delivery, I called an hour later at 9:30 and I was told the pizza had left the store and should be delivered within 5 mins max. I called again at 10:00 I was told the delivery time was 30 more mins... The worst was the store kept disconnecting the phone and the manager would not speak to customer. As the store is too busy to care about customer service.... This branch should be closed down, as staff are very rude and they can’t delivery a pizza.... so had to order from papa johns, they delivery a delicious pizza with 25 mins... Domino’s should close this branch down... or put all there staff through customer service training

Waited on the phone for 20 mins before someone gets back to you after telling you to wait. Cold pizza was delivered. Customer care team did look after me but tried again second time.. same thing... time to ditch this place.

The quantity of the pizzas were absolutely horrible. I rang the store after placing the order and requested to spread the toppings evenly, to put appropriate amount of the cheese. But she didn't do the job. She did acknowledge my request. However, we were treated like we didn't pay for the order. The toppings were missing(over 50% missing) on both of the pizzas. There was only pizza sauce and half a kilo salt(or may be we felt sauce and salt only as toppings were missing). The pizzas were worse than the high street ones. I do not expect this low quality from the Best pizza makers. If you look at my account, you can see that I did order same pizzas for my work from Ealing Common branch and it was brilliant, same as you see on the website. Furthermore, the cheese dough balls were upside down and cheese was on the box all over the place. I have taken pictures but unfortunately you don't have option to upload the them. My daughter also said that' when you eat pizzs, the cheese should form cheese strings'. But since there was no cheese, it didn't happen.
