I cancelled an order here in September 2022as it was meant to be placed in Wigston. I called within 1minute of placing it. I was told thats fine and a refund would be processed in 10days. Its now January 2023 and still no refund. When I contact customer services they say they will process a refund but no refund happens. So a few weeks later I’ll contact them again just for them to say the same thing and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Considering I live about 5 minutes away on foot I don't know how these pizzas were so utterly destroyed by the time they were delivered to my flat, worst pizza delivery I have ever seen. The saving graze was that we kept them and the redelivered fresh pizzas for free, no arguing from the staff, almost as if they knew how bad the first attempt was before we even complained. The fresh pizzas were as expected, decent!
Nice pizza, all freshly made, quick and efficient service. Cookies was nice as well just flavour wise I would prefer milk or white chocolate taste over the strong cocoa.
Halal options please! What do I do when I crave a nice pepperoni slice ?? Come on Leicester has so many Muslims - I’d recommend Dominos to consider more halal options. Please…. I didn’t like the vegetarian pizza and the margarita pizza is nice but nothing I can’t find in a supermarket in the frozen section.
Absolutely Horrendous experience! I had ordered 3 vegetable pizzas, since I eat according to strict dietary laws; halal food. Since dominos isn’t halal, I decided to order vegetable pizzas. They arrived well on time just as I expected. I was eating with family so I ordered 3 13-inch pizzas. Whilst eating, I realised that I was eating pepperoni meat instead of mushrooms which was supposed to be on my pizzas. Supposedly it is probably a delivery error when dropping off pizzas, or human error, but this is one of the worst experiences I have had.
Really rediculous store. I missed the call of the delivr driver. When i call back there is no one answer. And then i contacted to the store. And the staff ask me to wait on the door of my apartment. What the hell. I do made mistakes and miss the phone. And how rude of the staff. Not recommend
The staff here are rude and couldn't care about your food in the slightest I phoned up to ask for lighter sauce on the base of the pizza got the phone put down on me repeatedly and they then refused to answer to my number update .... when you go in the service is a lot better I understand they haven't got time over phone to adjust orders just say that then .
Didn't even bother to deliver my order. When I called, I was told driver on way. Never showed up. Awful service. Avoid!!
Friendly staff - No dining option, just take out only. Open super late at night, so that's a bonus - Had their cheese crust margherita pizza. For the price I paid I expected a bit more, but nope, it was basic. Personally I wouldn't visit again for those prices for a basic pizza, when there are better competitors charging less nearby. 1 Star for friendly staff and another for how late they're open.
