Called in on Saturday. Card machine not working. Would not take cash. Pizza £22. On week day the pizza would have been £10 on collection but because its a weekend the pizza is double the price but couldn't have a pizza anyway because their card machine was not working and they would not take cash. Rubbish service.
Ordered online, arrived when app stated order ready - it wasn't. Checked at least six times unable to find order. Items put through again from original. Then found items incorrect and order incomplete. Amended after repeatedly requesting.nWould not choose domino's again, other places possibly better hard to be worse if you want pizza.
I am not sure what has recently happened at this branch. My recent experience was shocking. Long story short I had to wait 45 mins for my order that was supposed to be ready. After coming home I also discovered that after this long wait my cheeseburger pizza was missing a sauce. Customer facing staff are untrained and unprofessional. They had a giggle in my face multiple times when I was losing my patience asking what the issue is. The store manager never bothered to speak to me and resolve the situation but was doing very well hiding on the back of the store. When phoned with a complaint the manager was also unavailable to speak to me. By far this was my worst take away experience ever. After 2 emails, 4 phone calls and a lot of lost nerves I received a refund from the head office but In future I will definitely consider any other take away before I decide to have Domino's from the Ebbw Vale branch.
Do not fall for scams on website just had £15.00 stolen from my bank account with 3rd party company using domino website to offer cash back when you order a dominos . Very deceitful and underhand tactics from dominos to earn extra cash dirty thieving tw@ts . Now my banks details are sitting with a 3rd party company that I didn't even give them too. Absolutely shocking behaviour.
Placed an order on the 16th of February, food wasn't what we ordered asked for a refund 28th and I've still not had my refund, total shambles will never use this place again
