Domino's charges a clear premium for their pizzas, yet the quality is shockingly poor. The toppings are completely flavourless - whether it's beef, pepperoni, or Cumberland sausage, everything tastes the same: like bland, chewy paper. The cheese is equally bad - low-grade and totally tasteless. Ingredient choices are very limited compared to other places.nnOn top of that, their pizzas cost £2-£3 more than pretty much any other place in town, even after applying all available deals and discounts, which is absurd for what you actually get.nnAnother issue: their delivery drivers often arrive well before the estimated time, which might sound good, but it's genuinely disruptive when you've planned your meal for later.nnTo make things worse, they're constantly advertising for drivers, which suggests high turnover and poor working conditions - not exactly the kind of business I feel good supporting.nnPlenty of better and more affordable options around. This one's a hard pass.
Thankfully, I've never had a terrible pizza from here, but most recently, they've been messing up my orders slightly. First of all, one of my favourite pizzas to get is a custom pizza which is very simple: extra cheese and garlic spread on top. However, twice in a row now, they simply left the garlic spread off, probably the most crucial part of this specific pizza. Secondly, and really it's nitpicking, but a lot of the time when I order, I specifically choose a time because there is a sports match or some sort of event I want to eat my pizza with, but they end up delivering 15 minutes early, so I'm just sitting there reheating the pizza once my match/event starts.
Scandalous prices, haven’t been in a long time and won’t be again ever if I can help it.nnWith the likes of Apache pizza etc in the town I’m amazed this place stays open.nnEating a domino’s leaves you unwell after , many people say this, due to the nature of high level of processing of its food
Delivery is always wrong rung up to get order sorted and we're completely useless couldn't even replace an order that wasn't right I quote they said because there was nothing wrong with the order even tho it was missing stuff and by the time they got it delivered the order would be cold so only right for them to send a fresh order Nd take old one
ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours, when I called to check the progress the order had been cancelled, when we spoke to the manager he stated that we had hung up 4 times, but i had not gotten any calls or hung up on anyone. He insisted we did so we just cancelled the order due to it being too late and we were having dinner in a few hours anyways. Only bad Interaction with dominoes other than that we normally have a good time with dominoes. edit hey yeah we tried to order again, manager was rude and thought we were prank calling, cancelled our order. Never ordering from dominoes again
