Domino's Pizza - Bristol - Brislington

I found this particular branch quite small but the staff were polite and helpful. There are benches to sit on while waiting for your order. My reasonfor giving just 4 stars is that I find Domino's quite expensive compared with some independent pizza takeaways where there are more toppings on offer and they are a better quality all round. I don't really know about their delivery times because I collected the pizza myself. It seems unfortunate that they only offer standardised food with high prices given the quality and good value available at many independent pizza restaurants.

We have had to stop ordering from dominoes after so many botched deliveries, the food rarely turned up on time, was incorrect more often than not, but the biggest reason was when the food turned up very undercooked. They offered us a discount on our next order which we did try to use only a week or so later, but they then refused to give us this discount and we haven't used them since, generally poor food at hiked up prices

After Odering a Roma pizza it came and had barely any toppings on, my garlic pizza was burnt, I then called up spoke to a girl on the phone who said she'd re order my food, took for the extra toppings again, I waited another 40 minuets before calling where I was greated by a rude manager called James, who accused me of lying to try and get a free pizza when i just wanted the one I paid for rectified, (not sure how that's free) he refused to re Deliver my order and then said the girl didn't say she was going to re order my food! After I called the customer service they had to ask him to re deliver my food, I've then got the pizza and it was freezing cold! I then called back to inform them, he then called me a liar and said he knew I would call and say it was cold! I've sent the old pizza back has then called me back and said there was nothing wrong with it, (I would add pictures if I could) acussing me of lying and shouting at me down the phone, this kind of behaviour is disgraceful and dam right disgusting! The food quality is appalling and the customer service is actually terrible! I will not be ordering from this store again. They're lucky I don't report them to trading standards. Would advise people to order from here unless you want cold food and a vile service. Waste of money!
