Really poor experience! On 10th of October we had made a complaint about our order and were informed that we would receive store credit on our account as we did not wish to have to again travel to store that evening. I called this evening to be informed that in place of store credit it had been noted to our account that we should instead check our pizzas before leaving the store and store credit was not applied. The store was really unhelpful in finding a resolution. If you've issues with your order accept the replacement order there and then! A promise of store credit is a scam!
Great to be able to park right outside as delivery is £2.50. During covid the sign said only one person allowed inside the customer area - which is small to be fair. People either can’t read or don’t care as there were 7 at one stage. Good when they have offers on as otherwise the pizzas are expensive. Hot and spicy pizza must have had a fight with the jalapeños jar as there were a quare few on ours. Jalapeño nachos were super as always. They were busy but I didn’t expect to be standing outside because there was no room inside! for 25 minutes after our order was ready - as per their collection screen which you could see from outside. They were giving customers a free large garlic and herb dip to thank them for waiting. The food wasn’t very warm when we got it which is odd given that we were waiting forever on it being ready. I’d also have preferred a free side given the length of wait standing outside in the cold - the wait turning into a hands off training session on prepping boxes for orders - you had to be there - for 25 minutes watching operations! Staff are always very friendly and the pizza is good.
Just another dominos, I guess. The staff are nice and the food was ready really quickly. I personally think dominos are a bit pricey. I mean £4 for four choc chip cookies?!?
Terrible. I ordered 3 things and they forgot 1 of them I called and told them and they said they would get it in 15 minutes, half an hour went by so I called them again and they said they just had sent it food was not fresh and was cold. Don't order from here PLEASE
Omg the cheeseless pizza and garlic bread is delish
Delivery within just under an hour. Ordered via website which stated 21-28 mins delivery. I don't mind waiting for food when I've agreed to wait and know how long it will take. Just deliver as promised or adjust the delivery time. Should be simple enough. Aside from this the food arrived hot, no complaints about quality either.

Ordered from them and delivery was marked as delivered and it hadn't arrived. Called them to be told the driver was in an "accident", doesn't explain why the order was marked as delivered and I had to be the one to call and find out. Completely incompetent and poor service from Dominos, would expect better.
Standard take away pizza franchise. Consistent output but is pricey considering the high standard of many independent pizza outlets within Belfast these days.
Never had an issue here. Cheap and cheerful, and love the cookies when they do them - especially the orange ones they had for a while. I mean, it's Domino's. You can't go too far wrong.
