Can be hit or miss sometimes amazing pizza recently though. Italian garlic bread is amazing.
Ordered from Musselburgh branch, and this is not the first time I've ordered the double decadence, I've ordered it for years, and yet this evening they turn around and said to me that's how they serve it now, bone freaking dry in between the 2 pizzas, as the pic shows, absolute disgrace charging £3 for DD then adding an extra delivery charge £2 all together £5 extra for disappointment, good thing I have garlic mayo so I can at least make some sort of sauce to hydrate the dry desert of a pizza sent by Domino's, on top of all that it was late too, and when called not even an apology, just said "been told that's how they cook it now" if that's the case then just take the DD off your menu just like you have with all the other sides too, very disappointing if I could I'd give a 0, and I work in the hospitality industry I'd be ashamed and embarrassed to serve ...that...
They send there folks on an ebike delivery service out without a helmet, not good

Still waiting! Two whole hours, with no replies to phone calls from branch. Have been trying to get an answer for over so hour. Common courtesy that least answer your phone. Keeps saying out for delivery and rate your driver. Cant do that if I don't have my delivery yet! Get more drivers, or you'll continue to lose customers, including myself. Terrible service. UPDATE, Poor driver is 73! Rushed off his feet, but our pizzas were both stone cold, and ice cream melted. Wish I could stop my payment, will definitely be complaining higher!

Terrible service. Phoned for a pizza at 6 was told at 10 past 7 it was out for delivery still hadn't arrived by 8. Was told by the store that it was out for delivery but if it doesn't turn up then they will give a refund. No clue if pizza was actually coming we cooked food. The driver finally turned up over 2 hours late. Sent it back and currently waiting on a refund. Still no explanation why it took so long and no apologies from the store.
Starting with the positive, the driver was very apologetic for the delay in us receiving our food. Its downhill after that we waited 2 hours for our delivery to eventually turn up. Ordered at 6:39pm and our delivery turned up at just before 8:39pm. The cheese had that shine on it that cheese gets when it's been cooked and then left out for a long time. Yum!! . The pizzas were hard and the toppings 'pappy'. Sides were cold and cookies way over-cooked. On the Dominos tracker, our order had been sat in the 'quality check' section for at least 40 minutes. Ironic really that they'd taken so long checking for quality, that the quality of the food we received was way below the quality they would surely want to dispatch to a customer. Although I'm sure the real answer is that they have a lack of drivers and our order was just sat waiting. I called the branch after 1hr20 and was told they were 'very busy' and to wait at least another half hour. A simple solution. Hire more drivers! If you're the franchisee reading this, you can have that strategic business tip for free. Judging by the Google review score, there's probably an underlying issue at this branch. Our order cost just short of £40 and it was awful. Save your money and go to Pizza Hut or an indy.
Delivery charges. Dominos is always a bit expensive for what it is but at least the price advertised was the total. Now this branch are adding delivery on top often very slow and cold which is a bit of a joke when they are so expensive to start with. I’ll stick with Chinese or Indian for my takeaways now.
Today i was served by Haris at the branch, he is always so helpful and he understands how important it is for us to get the pizza like the advertisement, you see my son is autistic and it is very difficult to get him to try new foods or to eat them, however he loves margarita pizza from domino’s which is a massive bonus Anybody who has ASD kids would understand this So the pizza must taste and look the same each time otherwise he won’t eat it. Haris recognise my order today and we felt relieved that he understood and cares that the pizza is just perfect for my wee boy. Thanks so much 19/09/21
