This shop has genuinely went down hill something terrible, ordered franks wings with my Meal , now they put barbecue on by mistake then must have realised and smothered them in franks sauce , result was bogging wings, nothing worse than bluffers trying to correct mistakes
Great pizza, friendly staff and some good deals available on collection.
Extremely rude and dodgy counter staff. no customer service at all, act very suspicious too. Management should look for those who worked on 17th September, 2022 at knock road brunch, they are damaging business reputation big time.
Terrified me! I’m sure this is a great dominoes and I’m sure delivery drivers are usually great but please once it gets to a certain time in the evening-can your delivery drivers call the person who ordered when they arrive at the house to check before banging extremely loudly on someone’s door at midnight on a Sunday night!! We heard footsteps coming up the stairs apartment, bang on the door, we stopped and muted the tv not knowing who would be banging our door at that time of night. We ignored cause scared and my bf peaked through the window blinds-he saw a car sitting in the middle of the road nothing on the car to indicate who they were. Next thing we hear someone get out of the car again and literally run and must’ve banged their feet each step up the stairs as they were so loud-to which point I was terrified! Then they near banged the door down and now I’m having a full blown panic attack so my boyfriend shouts through the door who is it and turns out it was dominoes and had gone to the wrong apartment! I understand that happens but at midnight?! It took a long time for me to calm down because I genuinely thought something bad was about to happen to us. Can drivers phone people when they think they’re at their home and get them to come out or something by a certain time?!
Really quick service and great quality food
Second sub standard pizza in a row. Last one was a large hawaiian. It had about 4 bits of topping on the whole thing. Starving so ate it. Today order a pizza thinking maybe it was just a one off. Naw...... Very sparce on toppings. One totally missing and no cheese on the dam thing. Yet again big corporate companies pulling as much money out of us as they can for over priced human dog food that they can't even get right.... Will be ordering from greens for now on.
Ordered a meal for 3 on the app it took one hour to arrive when it came the driver dropped the sauce and coke in a bag and handed my partner it the bag was covered in sauce and so was the coke the pizzas where freezing and they didn't send my wedges so I called to get the order remade and I'm currently still waiting one hour later again terrible service won't even answer there phones
Horrible customer service to people with gluten free allergies they try there best to reject your order because they just don't want to make it had to prove that I could order gluten free as a meal for one through that app at the store but the girl The manager btw just wasn't having it as I was ordering for collection In front off the girl to show they do offer it she finally gave in and did it through her computer theres no point in lying when I've had it there before in East
Honestly have had great experiences with this pizza place but recently it's been hit or miss, and mostly misses. There are a few lovely people who work there and some who just don't seem to care and I get it, the service industry is hard but don't take it out on all your customers.
