Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). We know what YOU expect from us and we will try to exceed that each and every time by delivering quicker than anyone else, delivering better pizzas than anyone else and getting it right every time! Honestly it's an absoloute disgrace, we ordered two large pizzas as well as some sides last night. about an hour and a half after we ordered, there was still no sign of the pizza, so me and my boyfreind tried to ring up well he did I'm terrible on the phone. Then when we finally get an answer, the call handler began to have a go at us as the address was wrong on the system and they've sent it about 20 doors down from us we live on a big street. However after double checking uber eats our address was correct which we had put down as we have it saved on our uber eats. She continued to argue with my boyfriend over the phone until she eventually agreed to remake the order. Anouther hour later as we are about to ring up again we finally get a knock on the door. Its the delivery guy, with not even half our order, and our order was pretty big last night. One entire deal was missing, which was a large pizza, cookie and side, both the wraps were missing that we ordered and both the drinks. By the time we received our food the shop had shut so we were unable to reorder and didn't even get half of our money refunded. It's an absolute disgrace! I'm really disappointed especially after how much we spent!
Dissapoining & complete waist of money. First pizza delivery ever where it's arrived stone cold. The natchos went straight to the bin, Just a solid brick of coldness. I live approximately 1 minute drive away from the store, there is no excuse and it was the worse Dominos pizza I've had. Will never buy again from here.Food: 1/5
Pretty awful pizza. Dont know how this became so popular. Must be the simpsons sponsor cack in the 2000's. The pizzas literally taste like iceland 2 quid pizzas. But 6X the price. Madness. Such cheap hotdog ingredients. Come on dominos up your game. Papajohn is miles ahead. Mi d the nook 1 is tight as with the toppings.
Don’t deliver to an outside commercial building even though I called ahead first as it’s “not safe for the driver”. No wonder your ratings are in the mud, stupidity at its finest.
My pizza was disgusting. Was a bbq chicken that looked like the delivery driver pulled the chicken as it had none left, huge pieces of the pizza even lacked cheese and the dough was soggy from excess sauce and when me and fiance have tried to complain we get fobbed off by being told it was a different manager that day or they are on holiday when we call so they can't even accept there mistake. Its an absolute disgrace I think trading standards is my next step
Didn't accept my hard earned cash so didn't serve me .. so poor not to accept cash . Won't ever go back even if I did have my card on me !
I cancelled order as it was taking forever. Guy at shop said refund had went through. It hadn't and begun the lengthy process of contacting them where the suddenly developed amnesia. Horrible shop and they never gave me any refund just took £20 for nothing from me. Disgrace do not order from here.
Food was ok, nothing exceptional and they put the pizza's were in the incorrect boxes and when you try to call them there's never an answer the calls ring intermittently, turns into an engaged tone and cuts you off. Not the greatest experience to be honest.Food: 2/5
Ordered food at 9:54pm, nothing was delivered. Rang at 11pm, staff member confirmed our order would be included in the next set of orders going out. They only have one delivery driver so hence the delay. At 11:42 pm I ring again as still nothing but no answer as they’ve now closed. It’s now 12:36am and we still haven’t received our order and can’t query it with the shop. This is disgraceful. If you can’t handle the amount of orders then stop accepting them earlier. Additionally don’t confirm our food will soon be delivered if it’s not actually going to turn up.
Ordered 4 large pizzas and dips at 9. 13 on Saturday . The wrong order was delivered and taken away at 10.40. Another order was delivered missing the allergy pizza at 10. 50 by a female delivery driver. She was going straight back to shop to collect missing pizza, shop is 5 minutes from house. After 20 mins rang shop and manager knew nothing about it. Said he would deliver missing allergy ordered pizza. At 11.40 pizza turned up, but not the right one. Still waiting on full correct order and this is not the first time this has happened.
