Very happy with Domex services.Repair issue been dealt with smoothly.Engineer came done the repair and even checked everything before he left to make sure all was done correctly.
I'll recommend Domex and I'll rate 5 star as they done a great job with no regrets !!

Great value, delivered with a smile. I had a fault Samsung American fridge freezer which stopped cooling and while looking for DIY tips, I came across Domex. Very friendly and helpful telephone staff which made me book with their one-off repair option (£84 including VAT). Engineer who came was smartly dressed and very careful of my home and fixed the issue with a reasonable part price (did search later and couldn’t find it cheaper). Quality service without the hefty price tag. Thank you!

Very good customer services, even if sometimes you need to wait a bit for appointments. Most technicians are very good.

Had an issue on a  repair and disagreement on warranty terms and I am happy to admit that Domex has managed it extremely well and professionally meeting my expectations. I am very happy of the customer care help received  and the engineer that sorted things out. They were effective; So it's a five star for me after this experience

I would just like to say that the services received was 1st class. Our Neff electric Oven stop working on the 22nd Dec with an electrical fault every time we turn the cooker on it just tripped out the circuit board. Panic set in with the Christmas period on top of us and a Turkey to cook. 
I called Neff and the best they could do was the 28th, but they would try and help. 
However I then called Domex and they came to the rescue, getting an engineering to us on the same day. The Domex service Eng was excellent, we really did have a big problem with a blown relay on the circuit board and the best option was to replace the whole board, which had a 5 day lead time for our 7 year old Neff, but the service Eng could tell we where in a really difficult position and wanted to see if he could repair and that he did with a solder iron and a spare relay from a spare board. WoW
Removing the damaged one & soldering in a replacement one and bingo it worked. What can I say but a big thank you to Domex & the Eng, who never left his name, but top draw for us 10 out of 10. Mr J Bath
