The thermostat never worked properly after installation. BUYER BEWARE this company won’t get back to you if you have a problem. It has taken 12 months to even get to speak to anyone and now the warranty period is over they want to charge £85 for some to come out to fix the problem. I’ve was even accused of breaking it.

Completely satisfied with Domestic & General Heating Ltd and sales person Ajay. The installers (Shahab and Pinda) were very friendly, active and the installation was perfectly tidy, their professionalism was beyond my expectations. I would recommend to anyone without doubt.

I have had my new boiler fitted 20/03/2012 and work at that time was very pleased with service i received from company.
The problem started as i had five years service plan with them first year they came and service as normal.
but from second year they did not came until 27/04/2015 but the service of the boiler is started same time from 20/03/ for five years from start.
and last year they came in 2nd/September/2016.
and every year i have been remind them for service of boiler and this is my last year of the service.so be aware the service they provided is horrible, so please do thing before you go with company.

They were recommended by Worcester Bosch Group. Their professionalism was beyond my expectations. The installers were friendly and the installation was perfectly tidy.

Domestic and General Heating guys installed boiler last month at my property, happy with work very professional and punctual and finished on time. Would recommend!
