Absolutely appalling. They never showed up, never returned our calls and refused to let me speak to a manager. We booked them to do a full house clean prior to moving house. Unfortunately the date changed, so we called them to rebook and they confirmed it was fine. We even called them again the week before and they confirmed that it was definitely in the diary. On the day they were supposed to come, I travelled for nearly 4 hours to go to our old house to let them in so that they could do the full clean prior to the new owners arriving the next day. When they never showed up I called and was told they would look into it and call me back straight away. They never did. 30 minutes later I called them back only to be told by some rude lady "We didn't know if you still wanted us to come so we cancelled it". This was simply a lie because they had never called us or emailed us to question if we wanted to go ahead or to confirm the date and we had called them the week before to confirm. Quite simply, they couldn't be bothered to honour a one-off booking and didn't have the professionalism to call us and say that they could no longer make it. When I asked the woman what I was supposed to do as we had moved everything out of the house and had no cleaning products and the new owners were moving in the next day, she just said "that's not our problem". I then asked to speak to someone more senior and she said there was nobody more senior, but when I told her that I expected the company to honour the booking and do the cleaning for the new owners for a heavily reduced price, she told me her "manager would not agree to that". I left by asking the lady to get the head of the company to call me. Predictably, they never did. Do not waste your time on such an unreliable company.
