Amazing Service with State-of the -Art Technology. I could'nt ask for a better service and quality of the eyesight test is second to none! Great work Christine Morrison.
Super helpful and great service, my son ended up with a really sore eye, turns out he had something stuck under the lid but also scratches. We turned up, out the blue, as tourists and they squeezed us in, dealt with him so nicely and gave us ointment. Couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Highley recommend.
Excellent service. I went into this optician because I had broken my glasses frame while away from home and asked if they could do a temporary repair. This was done straight away and they wouldn’t take any payment.
Outstanding service from Mr Doig. I was seen on Christmas Eve when I started to experience a worrying eyesight problem. I cannot thank him enough for treating and reassuring me so efficiently and professionally, particularly at such short notice.
Had a booked appointment on the 18 May. Very proffesional Optometrists in a lovely building, with off road parking,the staff are friendly & caring.The eye tests are very thourer, you wont find a better Optometrist on the Island.So i highly recommend them. Also when i left, the heavens opened,and as i had arrived on a motorcycle,the kind staff said i could wait in the dry till the weather improoved,how kind was that. Thank you for a great 5* service. Nice pleasant staff, nice place, bjtca little too clinical.. just waiting too long at appointments. Staff should tell people if they are running late.
