"Welcome to Dogs Trust Manchester! We're a happy, friendly team and would love you to come and visit our rehoming centre to see our fantastic facilities and all the waggy tails of dogs looking for new homes. We're open for general browsing on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday for 12-4pm. Outside of these times, please make an appointment via our website.Our Manchester rehoming centre pened in 2014, thanks in part to funding from our generous supporters. The centre was designed with rescue dogs in mind - from the air-conditioned kennels, to sandpits and water fountains to play in. There’s also a full veterinary and surgical suite on site."

What a fantastic setup. Georgia was just amazing and made the process of adopting our dog really enjoyable and straight forward. Loads of information and support was given ahead of the new dog arriving at his new home. The staff ensure the dogs properly match their new homes. I'm just so impressed by this dogs home, the staff... and our new family pooch!

Been here with my dog shadow on a puppy training course...really enjoyed the course and the instructors are great.  Learning ways to make your beloved pet learn the basic obedience skills..  well worth doing ...and if your looking for a new pet then visit the kennels next door...rehome a animal

Denton dogs trust are absolutely amazing. We lost our beloved 13 year old staffy just before Xmas. Somehow we came across Prada a beautiful American bulldog.  She was very nervous and needed the perfect home.. we are so delighted to be adopting this very special girl.. she now has a home for life where before it was likely she wouldn't be removed. Thank you all so very much x

This place is lovely. I walked in & was instantly greeted. I was told i could look around the dogs but also that some dogs were in foster care & their info was in folders on the picnic tables. I mentioned a dog i was interested in & was asked to sit while the correct member of staff talked to me. Had a nice chat, told what to do next & asked if i had any questions. A highly enjoyable experience. The layout is nice & is well spaced out & toilets are easily visible upstairs.

We got my grandad a dog from here, this place is spotless and when we were visiting the dogs had opera playing to them on a radio to keep them calm. Such a brilliant place for the animals and it's amazing what they do to make the dogs feel at home. Annie the dog brought my grandad immense comfort in his final years

Had adolescent training classes at Phoenix Community centre near Prestwich recently. I found them really helpful in guiding us towards appropriate training techniques and I'm already seeing the difference with our dog, Freya

Absolutely brilliant, we adopted our Dog today all the staff were helpful from the start. I think piper has settled in, she has found her  happy places in and around the house and garden

Great place, great cause, we weren't there to look at adopting a dog this time just donating some old bedding, we adopted our dog Sophie from there some years ago now but sadly lost her to cancer a while ago, when we are ready to adopt again this is where we will come.

I went here to drop off some donations dog food, toys and blankets and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. All the dogs looked happy and seemed to be well cared for. I loved the little shop at the entrance and treated my own dog to some of their pick n mix! Dogs Trust rely on donations so please check out their Amazon wish list which delivers the goods straight to DT! Hoping to visit again soon once I’ve got some more goodies for the dogs
