We order often from here its usually good but this time is minging,pizza is stuck to the box impossible to even take a slice as its breaking up into bits,it tastes disgusting,dont know what happened but this is our last order from dogars!!
Asked for 2 chicken burgers one with FRESH lettuce and onion not white cabbage but lettuce again I asked for fresh and the other I asked for FRESH lettuce onion cucumber food arrived quickly although for what it is compared to the other shops is quite over priced for some reason we keep coming back and each time it gets worse so we got 2 chicken burgers with mostly white cabbage a couple bits of lettuce slightly turning brown lettuce and a lot of white cabbage that was actually green because of the salad dressing which isn't very nice oh and one of the burgers had tomatoes on I don't recall asking for tomatoes and neither burgers had ever seen an onion! Very disappointed! When we asked for fresh lettuce and onion we meant fresh plain lettuce and onion not cabbage smothered in a funky dressing!! And the burger I'm pretty sure was processed pigeon never seen a chicken still was the only tasty part of the meal for one of us anyway such a shame this place used to be amazing! Delivery driver also seemed to expect a 2.90 tip I'm usually one for tipping but not when he's just expecting it so my advice is try kerims or troon chippy and chicken bar
Get all the time as is just round the corner although new staff members cannot even perform simple tasks. Pizza cut into tiny pieces and not even fully cooked as base sauce is look warm.. Added a few nights later: Went in to get a late night munch at 00:30 and was told it was shut while serving customer and time of closure saying 1am. As a result they have lost a regular customer. 1 star is too high for the service i have recieved since new staff.
Ok so roughly about two weeks ago and at the same time I ordered a extra large chicken barbecue kebab, on this particular occasion this dish came as expected, mixed peppers, onions, herbs and spices. Served on a Petta Bread, all ingredients cooked on a Skewer with the charcoal grill. As described on their menu on the official website. And to be honest it was the best Chicken Barbecue Kebeb I've ever had from Dogars it was delicious and I had no complaints whatsoever. HOWEVER tonight was an absolute disappointment, even before I left the shop. I noticed they'd just dumped a load of half breast sized chicken BOULDERS WFT. Not a pepper, no onions, just DRY huge half birds. "Do you want chilli sauce" my response was "No I'd like the rest of my dish first, where's my peoppers etc, its a chicken bbq kebab". So eventually I got kebab home and it was the most awful looking thing I've ever seen, in no way, shape or form did this resemble the same dish I orderd couple of weeks ago. So I went back to the shop with the dish, showed them what it was like, I even explained to him who cookes it last time and how good and different it was, but the customer service I received was sheer arrogance and ignorance, made me out to stupid, but why would I go to so much hassle over a kebab. Come on guys read you're menu and you'll know whats in you're dishes
Worst food I have ever eaten. Walked in tonight 730 ordered an easy meal for two. They managed to provide a burger that’s heading to food hygiene tomorrow, donner meat that was iffy and a large chicken pakora box that cook put 6-7 tiny bits of stringy pakora a box less than 1/4 full and put the plastic pot of sauce in the box. I got home called them and they tried to blame it on new staff. Guy who served we wasn’t new. They promised a replacement to my door. 2 hours and 25 minutes have passed and still no replacement. Also the food given has made me ill. Don’t BUY anything from Doghars in Troon
Terrible food, bought chicken tikka kebab looked ok but there was a rancid smell from the chicken. The staff have no idea what they are doing service is slow and the shop is dirty and is expensive. Do not eat here. 1 star is high praise for this place
Ordered a munchie box the night. It was absolutely disgusting so it was. Think it was left over food from last weekend. No the cheapest ither. 1 star rate is far too much for this.

Good fast service but the food is disgusting, the donner meat tastes like dog food
Would love to know how a Scottish takeaway is spamming my phone with offers of discounts if I make an order with them.... annoying. I live in southern England.
