Lovely field with a variety of areas. Small wooded area, small stream if your dog likes to get muddy remember to bring something to wash them down with, some hills to run up and down. What more can a dog ask for?
Amazing place for the dogs . Safe clean and so peaceful. Good if you have kids as well as they can run with the dogs and all safe. Water for the dogs and also shelter for the wet or windy daya. Will be booking again soon not tried the big big field yet so excited for a try
Such a peaceful, beautiful place. All fields are great sizes. We use harrys run as our dog is a bit reactive. Would reccomend to everyone! Owner is amazing too, super kind and helpful :
This place is wonderful. We have a highly reactive Patterdale Terrier, no fun to walk anywhere where there are other dogs. Dodside is in a beautiful place which would be a pleasure to visit dog or no dog. Our dog can run free - he has the time of his life - and we don’t have to worry about a thing. It’s all really well organised and other visitors we encounter completely get it about our tricky dog. Highly recommended!
Great place for the dog. We were in Libby's Run. Our dog loved it. Bit of a walk from the car park to the actual run, but we read this beforehand on the website. Just make sure to bring appropriate footwear if the weather's been rainy. Field is a huge size. Fresh water on site. Runs are laid out in such a way that it's easy to avoid/not see other dogs if your dog is reactive. Picnic tables in the run, and you're surrounded by lovely views, so would be a nice place to take a picnic whilst the dog plays. Was brilliant being able to get some off-leash training in without having to worry about all the hazards of the city; cars/other dogs/people/etc.
Decent run free, spacious with not many obstacles for our hound to fly into. Poo bags provided.
Absolutely excellent. Water form dogs, bio degradable poo bags provided and great for dogs who may be reactive, completely secure with picnic bench. Highly recommended
Lots of space, well maintained and laid out with bowls and fresh water for the dogs. Biodegradable poo bags also provided. Areas are described so that you can choose the one that best suits your dog. My nervous ex-racer greyhound loved it.
A great dog run in a lovely bit of the countryside. If I had to criticise anything I would say the signage is poor leading you into the carpark and fields but really once you are through the gates its hard to go wrong. We booked Harry's field and it had plenty pf space, well maintained and quite free of dog mess. There was a few deeper holes at the far back corner but otherwise a great space.
Great for dogs but not great for my car. Massive potholes on entrance to carpark. I also slipped twice on way back to car, probably my own fault but for those not good on their feet, better go to the big field.
