Firstly, you can tell a real Low Fell locals whose families go way back in the area because they don't call it Dodd's Dene. They call it Dickies Dene. It is nice enough for walking through, great to relax and see a few birds, and a walk down through it, along to Chowdene and back up is part of living on The Fell. Less interesting and divers flora and fauna than the much bigger Chowdene, but more accessible.
Lovely place with lots of squirrels! Good path through the middle makes it ideal for walking the dog
Nice place to walk the dog as l9ng as you clean up and use the bins
Could do with some tidying up and some extra bins
