This company is brilliant, they came out from Cardiff / Newport, to where I live, which is near Aberdare - and secured my oldish uPVC door. They changed the locking from three locks to five and put side bolts on the inside, so the bolts can be lifted down (from the inside) for extra locking, security and peace of mind at night. They also put a peep hole in the door as well changing the door handle and last but not least they added a door knocker ! The 2 guys were brilliant tradesmen who knew what they were doing and made the whole process look really easy - though I'm sure it wasn't ! Now my front door looks brand new and it's a lot more secure, plus I've saved quite a bit of money as having a brand new door would have cost me quite a few hundred pounds more ! I requested a quote for new external french doors, and a repair for the current door until I ordered the new doors, plus a quote to remove the glass panel.from another door. Somebody came to my home to take a look, and I never heard from them again. Obviously very unreliable, be warned. I have now had new French doors and a new back door from another supplier.
