Can’t rate Dobies highly enough . I live 350 miles away and saw a lovely Peugeot 508 they had on their forecourt . After speaking with Beth and agreeing for them to deliver the car a deal was struck . Thought the sales process I was regularly kept informed of progress by both Beth and after sales manager who was overseeing preparation of the car . The car arrived on the agreed day and I could not be more happy with the car and service provided .nDon’t hesitate in purchasing a car from Dobies whether you are local, or like me many miles away . You will not be disappointed.
Went in for a look after deciding I needed a new car, staff were helpful and knowledgeable especially Stuart, about what was best. They found the right car for me and helped with the process. And helped sell my old car and got my new car asap. Would recommend.
Onto my fourth car with Dobies now and finally got myself an Astra the model I've always had my eyes on Adam then Beth had a change in sales person partway have been so helpful and great at keeping me informed while waiting for things to be ready and getting the car just right. A massive thank you to Beth and Barry who made my pick up purchase such an enjoyable experience. From my first enquiry to completion the whole process was a joy. I have tried to buy a vehicle from a couple of dealers more local and to say it was a struggle is an understatement from no response at all to continuously chasing for answers to my questions but I had none of these issues at Dobies and it was well worth the journey from Northampton to Cumbria. The vehicle was exactly as described if not better and I have been enjoying it since having been fully serviced, freshly MOT’d and covered by a decent warranty for peace of mind.
