Pretty much echo the same sentiments as the other review, Arranged for a Friday and apparently the vehicle had broken down on the way - informed by email as obviously wasn't urgent enough to let me know by phone...so if the vehicle had broken down I can understand, rebooked for the following week as this is the earliest they could hire a van to carry the panels, I checked the night before by email that we were all set and it was confirmed that they would be here on the Friday to carry out said job....much to surprise (sarcasm) they did't show and I couldn't get hold of anyone until gone midday and she (Natasha) couldn't get hold of her guys (partner) at all....seems a little convenient to me...anyway, that being said, if you have a couple of Fridays to take off work to waste then this is the firm for you, however, if you require a job done in a timely fashion with a honest firm that can communicate then this is absolutely categorically not the outfit you need, extremely frustrating.......Avoid at all costs. (I will update and advise of the new company that does come and do the job in due course)

This company really let me down and wasted my time. I got a quote for some fencing work to be done in two parts. The first part of the work was to fit some fence panels. The second part of the work was in the main to reseat some blocks in a wall. Two dates were agreed for the two parts of the work. The company failed to show for the first part of the work. There was no notification or apology, and it was left to me to call and find out what had happened. We agreed to do all the work on the second agreed date. A few days before this second date, I got an email delaying the work. The excuse used was that they had been let down by suppliers. Strange, as I already had the panels for the first part of the work and, whilst we have had some bad weather, builders merchants have not run out of sand or cement. When I complained and pointed out how incredibly inconvenient this was, I found the company to be very uncaring and offish with me. Because I had complained, they cancelled the job completely. So having waited many weeks for the work I have now had to find an alternative company.
