I dealt with both Wayne and Emma after being recommended DMI for my property purchase. This was my first BTL property and there were a number of issues with lenders and awkward requests for information and the whole process took around 6-7m. Both Wayne and Emma worked tirelessly to finally get me the offer I needed to purchase the property, always kept me in the loop and we often had joint calls for them to explain what was going on and walk through what I needed to provide them. I wouldn't hesitate to use DMI again and would highly recommend, Thanks again guys and sorry it took so long!!

We have worked with DMI finance with our property business. They were fantastic is refinancing our properties. Even on one of our properties that required specialist lending, and struggled to get any lending they worked hard to ensure that we finally got the lender who suited our circumstances. I was recommended DMI for my property purchase and had Emma and Shaun managing my case. This was my first BTL and it was quite stressful getting the property to completion before my mortgage offer expired, the vendors solicitors didn't seem to cooperate and even Wayne stepped in towards the end. I would highly recommend DMI. Emma in particular was awesome, she would always keep me in the loop and she was clearly pushing for me to get the property completed. Thank you DMI!
I have recently completed on the refinance of one of my HMO's. Joe at DMI finance gave me sound advice as to which product to choose, and both him and his team handled the process efficiently and kept me informed at every point. I can highly recommend their services and will be using them in the future.
Second time we have used DMI. They did everything for us and really explained the process of BTL and our remortgage. Wouldn't go anywhere else, feel very confident they are looking after us and really know our company. If anyone needs finance for property call these guys they make it happen.

I had my initial call with Wayne from DMI Finance. He was very approachable and very understanding as this was the first property we were looking to purchase for an investment. He was able to guide me and provide some good options to finance our first deal. It was then handled by other team members within DMI Finance. Thank you Bradley for your help in getting our first deal over the line. It came with a number of challenges, which we have now overcome and do really appreciate.
One of my property Mentors recommended Wayne Gray at DMI Finance as my then mortgage advisor was taking forever to sort out my BTL refinances. I called and asked for Wayne but he wasn't available so I spoke instead to Andrew who was very polite and helpful and passed me to Lewis. From my initial conversation with Lewis, to my refinances being completed, took only about a month. My previous advisor had been nearly 3 months down the line and wasn't progressing. Lewis was efficient, friendly, polite and professional but casual enough to put me at ease with the process. I was kept updated if he was not in the office and he made sure I had another point of contact, Claire, who was also 'on the ball'. I have already recommended others and I will 100% be using Lewis and DMI for my next property purchase. I can't speak highly enough of the service, Lewis and all at DMI. A big thank you for making it all so stress free and easy....
