Great service. Phoned up at about 8:30pm on a Wednesday night to get the front door lock changed and it was all sorted within an hour. Told me the price over the phone, turned up and just got straight on with the job. Could rest easy that night without having to barricade the door

Very reliable and prompt. He did the job with no fuss and was a polite and pleasant person to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Arrived within the hour on a Saturday afternoon, which was really appreciated even though it wasn't an emergency. He fixed the problem and replaced the lock on my UPVC door in less than 15m and at a fair price. I'll hopefully never have the same problem again but if I did and needed any of my locks replaced then I wouldn't think twice about calling him again.

Excellent service. Arrived in no time, removed and fitted new lock in under twenty minutes. No call-out costs. I recommend them highly.

I am so sorry to be writing this so late after my experience with your company. I inadvertently locked my keys into my car about a month ago, when I was parked at a service station just north of Newcastle. A very kind lorry driver went online and contacted your company to see if you could help. I was advised that you could help; but that it would be an hour (approximately) before a member of staff could be with me. The locksmith arrived within that time, was very kind and reassured me that he could open the car. As it was a very cold day and it was raining, he suggested that I go indoors and keep warm, while he opened the car. He did this without any damage to the car whatsoever, enabling me to get my key out of my bag that had been on the front seat. Very pleasant member of staff, who could not have been more helpful and who did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anybody - very good and reliable service. My I also point out that he enabled me to get into my car - an Audi - and that was more than the local Audi garage could do! Superb service. Maureen Firth
