Good Communication, good customer service. Unfortunately they can't do job properly. After first attempt DLG delivering my car i noticed paint job very poor. Car returned to fix this issues and come back in even worst state. Polishing paste everywhere. I have been advise now to find different garage to fix my car.
Great communication every step of the way. They even finished the repair 3 days earlier than predicted. The car was cleaned and valeted and the repair was to the highest standard. I simply can't tell that it was ever damaged. Amazing job with outstanding customer service. Thank you!
Collection, drop off of car and notification on progess of the repair was excellent along with the repair. Outside of the car did not look that clean whilst cleaning the car today notice bonnet had a lot of light surface marks as if someone had dried it off with dirt on the bonnet. Just corrected this with a bit of elbow grease polish and finishing compound. Silver matt grill has some sort of residue which loots like its left water marks. Cleaned part of the grill see attached photo. No photos of the bonnet prior to me polishing.
We thank you warmly for the repairs to our car. The bodywork looks really good. As you know the wrong wing mirror was fitted and after being replaced the driver's door did not open from inside but these problems were fixed obligingly and in a timely manner. We note that the repairs are guaranteed for five years.
Good communications although long wait. Some minor scratches on car and damage to alloy wheel which haven’t been repaired and/or have been caused whilst in garage.
